My name is Bryce Dodds, and I am a print journalism major at the University of Houston! I am 21 years old and grew up an avid reader of books, magazines and newspapers. I currently work as the Managing Editor at The Cougar newspaper, the student-run, student-led newspaper. I have also worked as the sports editor for The Cougars as well as an assistant producer for In The Game, a sports television show on the Student Video Network.

I enjoy reading and writing in my free time, as well as writing and playing music and skating. When I’m not working or at school, you can find me in and around Houston, checking out all the local sights or in Montana, where I enjoy hiking and sightseeing in the north.

I would love to work as a music or travel journalist or a sports reporter for a newspaper or magazine, and working for a local periodical would be an enticing opportunity.
